We offer service that is attentive and individualized. We listen carefully to our clients to understand their priorities and aspirations. We take time to study the house and the site, and the cues offered and constraints presented.On a typical project, our design work progresses through a series of phases in which we produce and review drawings of increasing detail and specificity. In presenting design drawings, we seek to provide our clients with the sketches, images and information they need to visualize and understand their options, to identify important choices, and to make good decisions.
Our services continue as the project moves from the design phase into the construction phase. We can assist the homeowner in selecting a builder, and will stay involved as the homeowner’s representative through construction, making regular visits to the site to observe the job’s progress and help resolve problems and questions, and generally to see that the work is proceeding according to the drawings and consistent with our client’s intentions.
