excerpts from a client letter:
“You saved me money, paid attention to things I was not interested enough to care about and you gave me a good sounding board....I can’t say enough about how willing you were to meet, talk by phone, and respond to e-mail.… As we worked together during the design, build and finish stages I came to appreciate your ability to integrate technical excellence with outstanding design."Your role during the building and finish work stages was invaluable. I had a great contractor but there were questions, decisions, and choices that I was not skilled enough to make and not available to make. I had peace of mind knowing the builder could call you and you would answer questions and resolve issues. I also appreciated having you visit the construction-site and go through the details in the plan with the electrician and finish carpenter. That collaborative effort really shows....My house wows me every day because of your attention to detail and your ability to go from the big picture to smallest detail with ease...”
