Dormer and Ground Level Residential Addition & Renovation, Newton, MA. The new owner wished to enlarge and renew this 80-year-old residence before moving in. A ground level addition allowed for an enlarged kitchen and for a home office. A dormer addition created a new third floor bedroom suite. The work included a new kitchen and new bathrooms, and new finishes and lighting fixtures throughout the house. The project was completed in 2004.
