Residential Addition & Renovation, Needham, MA.The owners wished to enlarge and improve their 1970’s split-level to add space for their growing family.  They wanted to take advantage of views to the forested land behind their house, and flood the house with natural light.  The two-story addition allows for an expanded kitchen that opens to a new family room and deck on the main level, and provides office and guest space on the ground level.  Renovations to improve the master bedroom, bathrooms, and the dining room were also undertaken.
