Residential Addition & Renovation, Lexington, MA.The owners wished to expand and renew this 48-year-old split-level, adding living space, creating a more welcoming entry, and providing a better connection between the house and the rocky, sloping site.  Zoning relief was obtained to allow the new front entrance.  The two-story addition in the rear allows for an expanded kitchen that opens to a new family room and deck on the main level, and provides needed storage and workshop space on the ground level.  Additional renovations occurred to improve the master bedroom and bathrooms.
